夜Night Storehouse

Privacy policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

Night Storehouse sells original vintage anime and game posters and magazine pages from Northern Ireland. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Night Storehouse is responsible for your personal information. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy.

Signing in with Google

You can sign in to Night Storehouse with your Google account. If you do, Google shares with us:

We use these only to sign you in and to run your account with us, for example to show your name and keep track of your finds. We don't ask Google for anything else, we don't see your password, and we don't read your email, contacts or files.

Night Storehouse's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We never sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as this policy says.

What we collect and why

Account detailsName, email, profile picture and Google account identifier, to sign you in and run your account. Our lawful basis is providing the service you asked for.
MessagesWhat you send us by email, to reply to you.
Orders (when the shop opens)Your name, delivery address, email and what you bought, to send your order and keep the records the law requires. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop, each for its own part of the job:

We'll update this list before the shop takes its first order.

Cookies

We use one cookie that keeps you signed in. It's needed for the site to work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we'll say so here first.

How long we keep it

Account details are kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it. Order records are kept for six years, because UK tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month. You can also remove Night Storehouse's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything important, tell signed-in collectors by email.
